Client : any professional or individual with legal capacity within the meaning of Articles 1123 et seq. of the French Civil Code, or any legal entity, who visits the Website subject to these General Terms and Conditions.

7. Personal Data Management​

The Client is informed of the regulations applicable to marketing communications, including French Law No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, the French Data Protection Act of 6 August 2004, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR: Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

7.1 Data Controller

For Personal Data collected in connection with the creation of the User's personal account and their browsing of the Website, the Data Controller is: Pépite SAS. www.taskforcelogistics.fr is represented by Têtu Clément, its legal representative.

As Data Controller for the data it collects, www.taskforcelogistics.fr undertakes to comply with the applicable legal framework. In particular, it is the Client's responsibility to determine the purposes of its data processing activities, provide prospects and clients, upon collection of their consent, with complete information regarding the processing of their Personal Data, and maintain a processing register that accurately reflects such activities.

Whenever www.taskforcelogistics.fr processes Personal Data, it takes all reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy and relevance of such Personal Data in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

www.taskforcelogistics.fr undertakes to take all necessary precautions to preserve the security of Information and, in particular, to prevent it from being disclosed to unauthorised persons.

However, if an incident affecting the integrity or confidentiality of the Client's Information comes to the attention of www.taskforcelogistics.fr, it shall inform the Client as soon as possible and communicate the corrective measures taken.

Furthermore, www.taskforcelogistics.fr does not collect any “sensitive data”.

 

The User's Personal Data may be processed by subsidiaries of www.taskforcelogistics.fr and by subcontractors (service providers), exclusively for the purposes set out in this policy.

Within the scope of their respective responsibilities and for the purposes described above, the persons primarily authorised to access Users' data are members of our customer service team.

8. Incident Notification​
