Task Force Logistics is a service company specialising in on-site support for warehouses and logistics platforms. We work with operational and technical consultants to support or stabilise operations in complex situations.
We intervene when logistical operations become difficult to control and organisations need to quickly regain stability on the ground. This can occur during periods of high tension such as peak seasons, when a site faces a lack of leadership or managerial difficulties, or during phases of transformation such as a business launch, site closure or relocation. We are also called upon in more sensitive contexts, related to social conflicts, security issues, malicious acts or more broadly situations where operational performance is degraded. Our role is then to intervene quickly to restore structure, framework and control to operational execution.
Unlike a traditional consulting firm, we do not limit ourselves to analysis or recommendations:We intervene directly on the ground,We support operational execution,We are acting quickly to restore control of operations. Our approach is very operational and inspired by the methods of the armed forces.
No, we do not only operate in France. We deploy our teams as close as possible to our clients' operations, according to their needs and logistical challenges. We primarily work on industrial and logistics sites in Europe, notably with international players in the supply chain and distribution sectors.Part of our operational consultants are also multilingual, including English and Spanish speakers, which facilitates interventions in international and multi-site environments.
Our consultants can be positioned at different levels of responsibility, including:Multi-site DirectorSite ManagerAssistant ManagerDEX / REX (Director or Operations Manager)Team LeaderSupport functions (HR, methods, purchasing, legal, security, etc.)
We work with:Logistics providers (3PL/4PL)Carriers and parcel delivery companiesLogistics management for industries and distributorsSMEs with logistics or supply chain activities requiring operational support
The interventions are primarily temporary, with the aim of stabilisation and transfer to internal teams:Interim ManagementOperational support during a critical periodStabilisation followed by a takeover by the client's teamsHowever, we can also support organisations that wish to outsource certain operational functions, rather than internalising them through permanent recruitment. In this case, we ensure long-term service continuity with dedicated teams.
Our deployment times are very short. Our consultants can join a site in less than 72 hours, depending on the urgency and operational needs. This responsiveness allows for the rapid mobilisation of suitable profiles and the swift restoration of stability to operations on the ground.
Both are possible and depend on the objectives of the mission as well as the organisation desired by the client. Our consultants can operate completely independently, for example, as a temporary replacement to fully manage a struggling function. They can also be seconded to a specific project, working closely with management, a management committee, or a designated representative.Depending on the context, their positioning with the teams can be hierarchical, functional or cross-functional, in order to guarantee the effectiveness of the intervention and the achievement of the set objectives.
Each mission begins with a field analysis phase to quickly understand the client's operational situation. Our consultants assess the flows, organization, management methods and key points of friction in order to identify action priorities and build an intervention plan adapted to the challenges of the site. This initial phase allows efforts to be focused on the levers with the strongest operational impact.
Our consultants have extensive field experience, acquired in demanding environments. They are mostly from the Special Forces, and have complemented their training with a second career in the logistics, transport and supply chain sectors. This dual experience allows them to operate effectively in complex operational contexts and under high pressure.
We guarantee the quality of our staff through a structured process of selection, preparation and monitoring. Each consultant follows a demanding selection process including a pre-qualification questionnaire, reference checks, as well as motivation and personality interviews. They then benefit from onboarding dedicated to the logistics sector in order to ensure a good command of operational environments. Before each mission, a preparation phase helps to define the objectives, expectations and method of intervention. Finally, monitoring is provided during the mission to support the consultants and ensure the quality of execution on the ground.
Billing is done monthly, based on the number of days of service provided. In addition, there are mission expenses (accommodation, transport, etc.), which are billed at cost.
